Tea Bag Cuts
Our tea bag cuts (TBC) are certified, sieved to defined particle sizes, validated for microbial safety, and blended for accurate QC results and consistency. We are relentlessly refining our processes to reduce fines, improve machine efficiency, and protect natural aroma and flavor. Each botanical is processed using equipment suited to its plant part. E.g. we have invested in a dedicated leaf cutter for tulsi, lemongrass, and moringa. A herb washing unit for fresh rhizomes and roots such as ginger, turmeric, shatavari, and ashwagandha. For our TBCs, after microbial reduction, every batch undergoes organoleptic cupping to assess color, aroma, taste, and infusion performance. This helps us learn how our process affects the end cup experience and align with our high internal standard of quality.

Hot infusion followed by filtration to create clean, sediment-free ready-to-drink (RTD) teas with stable color and flavor.
