At Herb Artizan, our work starts with a question: how can science make herbs better without losing what makes them natural? We study each plant closely and look for ways to improve quality.

We aren’t the biggest or the cheapest. But we are careful. Our team has spent decades learning how to meet pharmacopeia standards while keeping the soul of the plant intact. We like solving hard problems, testing new ideas, and finding ways to make herbs that taste better, cost less, and still support the people who grow them.

Our Three Pillars

Built on fair partnerships that support farmers and protect the land we all depend on.

Grown with care using regenerative methods that keep the soil healthy and herbs true to nature.

Tested to meet pharmacopeia standards for safety, identity, and consistency.

Our Founder’s Perspective

quote

We exist for what endures: fertile soil, honest partnerships, and herbs that heal in every sense of the word. The rest, the certifications, the standards, the systems, are just ways to stay true to that purpose

What are your lead times and minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

For stocked items, dispatch is usually within 2-3 weeks. For customized or seasonal materials, lead times range from 12-16 weeks, depending on processing, certifications, and testing requirements. Our MOQ is typically 500 kg per item due to the minimum load size of our steam sterilizer, but we can accommodate pilot or sample runs for new projects.

Every organic lot we supply is traceable to its source, we can provide chain-of-custody documents. We can build you a personalized dashboard that allows you to track your order status. This dashboard can include farm photos, supplier details, test reports, and other records you value.

Each of our botanicals undergoes a unique process that is tailored to the individual plant. For example, our ginger retains its color, aroma, and profile due to optimized time and temperature during microbial treatment. We try to preserve the natural organoleptic properties for every batch.

We work directly with Fair-for-Life (FFL) certified groups to ensure certified and sustainable farming practices. We try to provide advance purchase commitments, fair prices, and aim to build long-term partnerships. The FFL fund and CSR activities are aimed to support local infrastructure and social improvements.

Yes. Our R&D and production teams can work with you to develop products based on your unique specifications. We conduct lab and pilot trials to ensure a smooth transition from small-scale testing to full-scale processing. Our goal is to provide a wide variety of high-quality options for both specialty and bulk-quantity partners.
