Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of herbal plant cultivation and product processing

Manage production schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment

Monitor quality control and compliance with health & safety regulations

Coordinate with procurement, packaging, and distribution teams

Optimize inventory levels for raw herbs and finished goods

Prepare operational reports and improve process efficiency
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field

Experience in herbal, agricultural, or FMCG industry preferred
-
Strong knowledge of supply chain and production management
-
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple departments

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
