The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end operations of the herbal products division, including sourcing of raw herbs, production planning, quality control, packaging, and distribution. The role requires ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve production and business targets.
Oversee daily operations of herbal product manufacturing and plant processing
Manage procurement of raw herbs and ensure quality standards
Supervise production, packaging, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams
Monitor operational costs and improve efficiency
Prepare operational reports and track performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Agriculture, Botany, or related field
Experience in herbal/plant-based product industry preferred
Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory control
Understanding of GMP and quality control standards
Leadership and team management skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
